Metis offers significant opportunities to its employees that only a small firm dedicated to a single industry can. Because our principals are directly and personally involved with all projects and we typically work in small, focused teams, we can offer employees direct involvement in a wide variety of project work. We believe strongly in close client contact and providing the highest possible level of service that exceeds expectations. Trust in the firm and its individuals is the most valuable asset of a consulting firm, and we make every effort to win and to hold our clients’ trust and loyalty. Client retention and repeat business is very high at Metis – fully 75% to 90% of our current clients at any given time comes from previously conducted studies.
